Description
* Perform routine and preventive maintenance on engineering systems and equipment.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise operational processes.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system updates.
* Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
* Respond promptly to engineering-related emergencies or breakdowns.
* Provide technical expertise to enhance system performance and reliability.
Profile
* A strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering.
* Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience working within the property or engineering & manufacturing sectors.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an engineering environment.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
Job Offer
* A competitive salary ranging from £45000 to £50000 per annum.
* Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm, 2.30pm finish on Friday.
* Must be flexible to cover nights when required, 11pm-7am
