Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons. Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning objectives. Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Provide targeted support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or additional learning needs. Help with classroom preparation, organisation, and administrative tasks. Promote good behaviour and encourage participation in learning activities. Requirements: Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting (paid or voluntary). A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
