Purpose: Support the Product and Production teams in delivering high-quality, responsibly sourced, and affordably priced products tailored for Seraphine’s customers. Hybrid: 3 days in central London office / 2 days from home Accountabilities : Support the growth of cross functioning categories including, Jersey, Wovens and Lingerie through product excellence, delivering high-quality, well fitted products for the ‘go to’ brand for intimates for expecting mothers. Drive size and fit improvements on all product categories to create a more inclusive range. Support with new initiatives surrounding ESG and new product category launches. Requirements: A technically oriented qualification at degree level in Fashion Technology, Garment Technology, or a related field is preferred. Some relevant experience through internships, placements, or entry-level positions in garment technology or fashion production. Basic proficiency in Gerber, Outlook, Excel, and Word, with an interest in developing skills in creating tech packs. Highly attentive to details with a focus on accuracy and quality. Collaborative, approachable, and willing to support the team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
