This role reports to the Assistant Payroll Manager.
The purpose of the role is to provide a first -class service to all employees ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time and provide administrative assistance on all aspects of the payroll cycle. Duties Include :


* Support with the Monthly Payroll preparation for all Harrods staff

* Assist the Technicians when dealing with payroll exceptions

* Ensuring all employees have valid data to ensure accurate payment, such as starter declarations, national insurance numbers, personal data and bank details

* Inputting P45 and relevant tax documentation

* Work with the business to ensure relevant information is provided within cut -offs.

* Ensure compliance with HMRC Legislation and Harrods company policies.
On arrival on your first day, you will undertake a 1/2 day induction at our Knightsbridge site to ensure you feel part of the team straight away. You will enjoy lunch on your first day with many colleagues, so you can settle in and ask any questions you might have, to get to know us better. You will then meet the wider team within your department and begin to learn more about what your job will involve, as you progress with us.



Requirements To abide by the Harrods company policy, the successful applicant will need to be 18 years of age
