This would be 24 months fixed term contract with first 3 months in house training
Training & Development
You will take part in a structured development program that provides a strong foundation in Oracle Cloud applications and consulting fundamentals. Training will include functional learning delivered by experienced consultants combined with exposure to live projects. You will be supported through mentoring and on-the-job coaching, with opportunities to work towards relevant Oracle certifications as you progress. Clear career pathways are in place to support your development from Consultant to Consultant and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of Oracle Cloud implementations across multiple projects
* Collaborate with consultants, technical teams, and project managers
* Assist with system configuration, testing (system and UAT), and data validation
* Produce key project documentation, including functional designs, test scripts, and user guides
* Develop an understanding of core business processes within your aligned practice area
* Support client workshops, system demonstrations, and training sessions as you progress
You will specialise in one of the following Oracle Cloud areas:
* ERP Finance – General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting
* Supply Chain Management (SCM) – Procurement, Inventory, Purchasing, Supplier Management
* Human Capital Management (HCM) – Recruiting, Talent Management, Core HR
* Enterprise Performance Management (EPM/Hyperion) – Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting
What We Are Looking For
* Degree in Business, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Interest in technology, ERP systems, and digital transformation
* Clear communication and teamwork skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
* Security Clearance Eligiblity ( minimum continious 5 years stay in UK)
This role is based in Harrow and requires flexibility to work onsite minimum 3 days a week and travel to client locations when required.
