Go-To-Market Project Manager As the Go-To-Market Project Manager, you will coordinate and track all product launches and major product campaigns through go-to-market launch and post launch review. Your role is to ensure campaign launches run to plan, milestones are visible, and outcomes are measured. You’ll act as the central organiser across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and L&D, ensuring projects stay on track and that insights are captured and shared to improve future launches. Key Responsibilities; Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Management · Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop new cross-functional GTM project management process ensuring milestones and accountability are clear. · Manage and track all GTM project timelines globally, from pre-launch through post-launch tracking. · Track progress against launch plans and provide regular dashboard updates to Commercial Lead, Scope leadership, and cross-functional teams. · Coordinate go-live communication and key dates across leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Innovation and stage gate · Partner closely with New Product Development (NPD) project management team to ensure clear link between NPD stage-gate and GTM · Ensure seamless integration with project handover from innovation stage-gate into GTM launch execution. Cross functional coordination · Act as the hub for GTM projects, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, L&D, Medical, IT, and Supply Chain. · Facilitate meetings, action tracking, and follow-ups to keep projects moving on time and within scope Annual planning support · Project manage Scope’s annual commercial planning cycle across multiple key stakeholders and functions. · Support product prioritisation and existing product portfolio reviews and project manage key actions as needed · Provide analytics support to Commercial Lead and Managers for annual planning cycle. Qualifications Strong background in commercial, campaign, or GTM project management. Experience in global organisations, ideally in consumer health, OTC, or medical devices. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines Specific Knowledge, Skills and Experience Strong process development skills; able to improve GTM systems and workflows Formal project management qualification is essential Proven track record of working as a Project Manager in a commercial, GTM, or cross-functional environment. Experience level: 5 years of PM experience, able to independently manage complex, cross-functional projects. Experience in global or regional consumer health, OTC, medical devices, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable. Please note this is a hybrid position based in either the UK or Ireland.
