Job Summary
Perform company secretarial duties for SME/Overseas clients, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting business operations within a dynamic corporate environment.
Responsibilities
* Execute company secretarial duties for SME clients to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under ACRA and IRAS
* Manage and maintain accurate corporate records and filings to support client business operations
* Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver timely secretarial services within a 5-business-day workweek
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and provide clear guidance on regulatory obligations
* Adapt to office operations based in the City Hall area, maintaining professional presence and responsiveness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
* Experience of at least one year performing company secretarial duties for SME/Overseas clients
* Eligibility to work in Singapore as a local Singaporean or Malaysian holding S Pass/Work Permit
