Role Overview:
The Front of House Manager will oversee all guest-facing operations, ensuring first impressions are exceptional and consistent with NICI’s luxury brand. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and hospitality finesse to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily front-of-house operations, including check-in/check-out and concierge services.
