Warehouse Administrator
A1 Jobs are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our clients logistics team. The successful candidate will oversee inventory management, optimise warehouse processes, and ensure smooth coordination between various departments.
Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day warehouse administration support and ensure accurate process follow‑up
* Maintain effective stock and inventory control, including receiving, picking, and discrepancy reporting
* Administer inbound and outbound warehouse documentation and data entry
* Coordinate transport & deliveries in line with our stock requirements
* Prepare transport documentation, labels, paperwork and delivery information
* Ensure high standards of service, compliance & safety at all times.
* Support the warehouse team and wider logistics and planning teams as require
* Support warehouse movements using material handling equipment
Requirements
* Accurate with strong attention to detail
* Self‑motivated and able to remain calm under pressure
* Strong team player with good people skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Able to prioritise workloads effectively
* High level of IT proficiency (Office 365 essential; Mintsoft desirable)
