Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments? We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Event Planner to join our team at the iconic Tottenham Hotspur Stadium where there were over 600 events last year!

* Reporting to the Senior EP you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide variety of events, from corporate gatherings to luxurious events and large-scale celebrations/conferences
* Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is realised to perfection
* Crafting event proposals, budgets, and detailed schedules
* Collaborating with culinary and operations teams to curate bespoke menus and experiences
* Problem-solving on the fly to ensure events run smoothly
* Representing Levy with professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm
About you:
* Experience: A proven track record in event planning, preferably in hospitality or large-scale venues
* Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and attention to detail
* Personality: Creative, energetic, and customer-focused, with a can-do attitude
* Passion: A love for delivering exceptional experiences in one of the world’s most exciting venues
