Job Description
Allsop’s Apprenticeship scheme will provide the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the Commercial Valuation department and wider Allsop business. You will receive on the job training directly from qualified surveyors, working in conjunction with the departmental Partner, whilst working towards achieving a RICS accredited BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. You will receive full sponsorship of correspondence course fees at The University College of Estate Management (UCEM).
The role will be based in our Leeds office and focused primarily on the valuation of commercial real estate, with some of the key duties and responsibilities outlined below:
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 1. Assisting a departmental Partner with day-to-day tasks,
 2. Researching the local market through speaking with local and national agents,
 3. Log and maintain comparable databases,
 4. Jointly inspect properties and draft reports, using specific valuation software,
 5. Provide support and assistance for the wider Leeds commercial team on an ad hoc basis,
 6. Liaise with clients to update on progress,
 7. Over time build successful business relationships with the aim of building a client base,
