Job Description:
1. As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for processing sales orders and raising purchase orders ensuring exceptionally customer service at all times
2. Raising sales invoices
3. As the Sales Administrator you will take control of stock management, checking stock availability, stock levels and stock takes
4. Liaising with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of all orders
5. Arranging transport and general customer service and admin support
Candidate Requirements:
6. Previous experience within Sales Order Processing, Logistics Administration or Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Coordinator or working in a similar role is essential
7. Exceptional customer service skills essential
8. Previous experience using SAP would be ideal not essential
9. Strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn
10. Must be able to use Excel, PowerPoint and Word
11. Highly organised
12. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
This role is commutable from: Stone, Stafford, Hixon, Longton, Newcastle under Lyme, Stoke on Trent, Uttoxeter, Leek and surrounding areas
This role would suit candidates with the following experience:

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £24,000 Per Annum + Bonus
