Mobile Facilities Manager
My client is a leading FM provider. Due to a new contract, they are recruiting an FM manager to cover 3 sites. My client would ideally like an FM that is technical qualified or understands the technical maintenance and lifecycle of the contract or/and relevant FM qualifications You will also be able to pass a security check.

Duties will include looking after a team of hard and soft services, making sure KPI's/SLA are hit, making sure all compliance is updated on CRM systems, reporting back to clients, reporting back to contract manager, managing a team of soft services, admin and hard services engineers as well as contractors.
Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday
60-65K based on experience, company benefits/company car and much more.
