Repairs Admin
Location: Buckinghamshire
Hourly Pay Rate: £22 per hour PAYE
Duration: Interim, 6 month contract
Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in Buckinghamshire, with their recruitment of a Repairs Administrator.
The ideal candidate will be able to support both the repairs team and contractors with both the repairs and empty houses services. You will also be able to work closely with tenants and the housing association staff to make sure a broad range of contract admin functions are carried out within the target times.
What will you do in the role?
* Assess contractor’s submitted invoices and challenge if necessary.
* Help the technical team’s to co-ordinate multiple void and responsive works in a prompt manner.
* Assist in giving an accurate analysis to the DMC case management system and produce accurate reports from the internal systems in relation to both empty homes and responsive repair works.
* Monitor customer complaints and establishing trends that can then lead to the implementation of procedures to assist with this.
