Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues. You will work at the heart of our pet care centres, ensuring customers have an outstanding experience, building strong relationships, and upholding top pet care standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships.
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and efficiently.
* Actively learn and develop professionally.
* Set and achieve sales and performance targets.
* Collaborate with team members to promote excellent customer service.
Availability
Full availability on weekends and afternoon/evening shifts (2:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Monday‑Friday). Flexible to work other shifts, including evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
