Scheduling Coordinator Temporary - £13.50 per hour Monday to Friday - Office based Location - Burton Latimer The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing engineer appointments and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the engineering team. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Schedule jobs for engineers based on availability and customer requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding appointment scheduling. Organise engineer schedules and ensure timely communication of job details. Contact customers to confirm and update appointment details. Maintain accurate records of appointments and job progress in the scheduling system. Liaise with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or urgent requests. Skills & Experience Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools.
