Engineering Lead HVAP
Location: Fareham
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and allocating tasks to engineering team members
* Managing costs related to maintenance activities
* Ensuring critical systems (data centres, computer rooms, etc.) meet SLAs
* Operating change control and dilapidation plans
* Providing technical reports and emergency response support
* Monitoring utilities and environmental programmes
* Supporting audits and statutory compliance
* Liaising with EHS specialists to ensure safety and compliance
* Escalating urgent issues and maintaining documentation
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Electrician (Apprenticeship, HND, C&G)
* 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations – Essential
* Experience in data centres/critical environments – Desirable
* Strong knowledge of emergency protocols and environmental monitoring
* IOSH or equivalent H&S training
* Excellent communication and supplier management skills
* Experience with BMS Controls, HVAC, UPS, and Critical Cooling – Desirable
* Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems
