Conduct regular quality checks and spot checks on care staff.
- Supervise, support, and mentor carers in the field.
- Carry out risk assessments and care plan reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and CQC regulations.
- Support with the training and development of carers.
- Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible service for our clients.
- Participate in on-call duties on a rota basis.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our clients, while also providing guidance and supervision to our care staff. Requirements:

* Previous experience in the sector, ideally in a supervisory role.

* A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
