Senior Structural Revit Technician
Location: Primarily Remote (London collaboration sessions every 2 weeks with the team so preferred candidates based in the south-east)

About the Role
We are a growing Revit outsourcing company seeking a Senior Structural Revit Technician to join our team. This role suits an experienced technician who enjoys delivering high-quality structural models across UK projects while working flexibly in a collaborative environment.
The role is primarily remote, with fortnightly in-person collaboration sessions with the rest of the team in London for coordination, technical discussion, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce accurate, high-quality structural Revit models and drawings
* Work across a number of sectors but primarily commercial and residential projects, including new build and refurbishment
* Model and detail steel, reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry structures
* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines
* Ensure outputs meet UK standards and project requirements
* Support QA processes and consistency of deliverables
* Contribute to the development of Revit standards, workflows, and best practice
* Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members as required
* Attend internal meetings and contributing to project delivery discussions
Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience working on UK-based structural projects
* Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structures)
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential (We work primarily in Revit, but AutoCAD is used for legacy information, references, and coordination.)
* Proven experience with: Steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures
* Commercial and residential developments
* New build and refurbishment projects
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Good understanding of UK construction methods and detailing standards
* Ability to independently manage and deliver project drawing and modelling work from setup to issue
* Keen attention to detail, with pride taken in presentation and the care and accuracy of every drawing produced
* Genuine interest in building structures and engineering design
* Proactive with strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work to a variety of different drawing standards
Desirable
* Experience in a consultancy environment
* Familiarity with BIM Level 2 workflows
* Experience using coordination tools such as Navisworks
