Customer Support Advisor
Are you a friendly, problem-solving communicator who enjoys helping people? We’re looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our client’s friendly team based in Welwyn Garden City.
What you’ll do:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Provide clear, accurate information about our products and services
* Resolve issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer experiences
* Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our support system
What we’re looking for:
* Great communication and listening skills
* A positive, professional attitude under pressure
* Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
* At least 1 years office customer service experience
The ideal Person:
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent Customer Service and telephone skills
* Able to multi-task
* Tenacious in achieving problem resolution and customer satisfaction
* Good level of numeracy
