At Ormiston NEW Academy, we are seeking a committed, skilled, and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team for 2 days a week. In this role, you will work closely with our SENDCo and teaching staff to plan and deliver targeted interventions, support inclusive practices, and contribute to the development of students with special educational needs. Your support will have a direct and lasting impact within our inclusive education team.

This opportunity is ideal for an inspiring individual seeking growth in their career. You will work in a friendly environment, delivering high-quality support to staff and students, assisting in the inclusion of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and supporting students who face barriers to learning or require specialist support or equipment.

The HLTA will assist in planning and evaluating interventions tailored to individual student needs, support the SENDCo with assessments, and promote inclusive practices across the academy.
