The Opportunity

The Role Includes:
* Leading on the tax aspects of M&A, private equity, fund investment, and real estate transactions
* Advising on complex tax structuring projects and cross-border mandates
* Working closely with colleagues in finance, corporate, funds, and real estate practices
* Engaging directly with clients and supporting them on risk, W&I insurance and compliance strategies
* Playing an active role in developing junior team members
* Contributing to business development, pitches, and client relationship expansion
* Developing your own tax profile and personal brand within the wider market
What They’re Looking For:
* A UK-qualified lawyer with 3+ years' post-qualification experience in a recognised tax practice (guideline only)
* A strong foundation in drafting and negotiating tax-related provisions across key sectors
* Confident handling both transactional tax and standalone advisory matters
* A commercial approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in tax as a long-term specialism
* A team player with the ambition to build a long-term career within a top-tier firm
CTA qualification or an interest in pursuing it is welcome but not essential.
