Job Summary
We are seeking a range of passionate and dedicated Early Years Educators/ room leaders to join our new team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their development through play and structured activities.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
* Foster a positive learning environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
* Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for children.
* Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and early years education.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and safeguarding regulations within the nursery setting.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare.
* Proven experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting. *experience with children age 0-2 years is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their development.
* Driving licence preferred
