We're looking for a Sales Order Processor to join our Supply Chain team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer and internal sales orders are processed accurately and on time. You'll act as a key link between Sales, Marketing and Warehouse teams, helping to deliver exceptional service and smooth operational flow.
What You'll Be Doing
Processing customer and internal sales orders in line with delivery schedules
Managing amendments, cancellations and delivery queries
Maintaining accurate ERP system data (Navision, SAP or similar)
Producing order reports, tracking back orders and PODs
Supporting process improvements within the SOP function
Collaborating cross-functionally to keep everything running seamlessly
What We're Looking For
Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong Excel skills (intermediate level preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator who builds strong working relationships
Comfortable managing large volumes of data under pressure
Desirable: Experience within FMCG, wholesale or retail, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Navision or SAP.
