We are recruiting for Care Coordinators in Bradford ensuring all client visits are allocated, recruiting suitable Care and Support Workers and helping to maintain appropriate office procedures.

Responsibilities

10. Answering all incoming telephone enquiries.
11. Implementation of thorough recruitment and vetting procedures of all Care & Support Workers.
12. Processing new client referrals.
13. Preparing appropriate documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
14. Permanent allocation of Care & Support Workers to all client visits and ensuring all visits always covered.
15. Administration of all Individual Care & Support Agreements.
16. Maintaining client and Care & Support Worker office files and ensuring that they are always up to date.
17. Maintaining computer system up to date at all times.
18. Ensuring all clients and Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times.
19. Ensuring all other records are kept up to date.
20. To work closely with the Field Care Supervisor.
21. To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
22. Assistance with wages and invoice processing.
23. Production of reports and management information as required.
