LSL Estate Agency Franchising is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Executive to support our Marketing team in delivering high-quality website updates and digital system support for our Estate Agency Franchisees across our LSLi brands. The role is offered on a permanent full time contract on a Hybrid basis from our York based office.
You’ll play a key role in managing and optimising eight brand websites – from day-to-day updates and SEO improvements to supporting large-scale projects and AI-driven initiatives. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision making and improving online customer journeys, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update multiple brand websites via CMS
2. Support website projects and change requests
3. Monitor and improve SEO and website performance
4. Analyse traffic, user behaviour and conversions (GA4, SEO tools, Hotjar)
5. Provide reporting insights and recommend improvements
About You:
6. Experience using website CMS platforms
7. Strong understanding of digital marketing and web analytics
8. Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
9. Confident working with internal stakeholders
