We're looking for someone who has:
* Experience in administrative or purchasing support roles - Placing orders, price checking and checking reports etc.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy when processing information
* Confidence in using computer systems (ERP/MRP) and Microsoft Office tools
* The ability to work well with others and communicate clearly with suppliers and colleagues
* Strong organisational skills to manage tasks and deadlines
You are:
* Reliable, punctual, and ready to get stuck in from day one
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
* A clear communicator who can follow processes and instructions
* Happy to take ownership of your work and check things thoroughly before completion
* Someone who takes pride in supporting the smooth running of a team
The good stuff:
* Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4pm
* Temporary role for up to 8 weeks - perfect for gaining extra experience or bridging between roles
