Job description
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Mechanical Contract Engineer to work on the Warwick Council Contract working on schools, fire stations, and other council commercial sites. Helping us deliver outstanding service and making a real difference for our clients. This is a hybrid role working out of the Nuneaton office and on site.
Main responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Contract Engineer, you will oversee the delivery of all mechanical works on these properties, ensuring the work is done to the highest standards and delivered on time.
You will need to be computer literate and have experience in supervising direct engineers as well as sub-contractors to ensure all work is completed to our clients' high standards.
You will be expected to attend weekly and monthly client meetings, manage the KPI'S, quoting of new works, conduct site surveys and work closely with the surveyors at Warwick Council.
