About Enjoy Education
Enjoy Education is a premier private tuition and education consultancy dedicated to delivering bespoke, high-impact academic support to families across the UK and around the world. As we mark our 20th anniversary, we're rolling out a strategic marketing programme featuring compelling brand campaigns, digital storytelling, alumni insights, and celebratory activations to strengthen our presence and connect more meaningfully with our audiences.
We're now seeking a confident and results-driven Part-Time Marketing Manager who will have full accountability for delivering on this strategic marketing agenda—managing campaigns from planning through to performance. This role is perfect for a seasoned marketing professional ready to take ownership and drive delivery across content, creative assets, digital programmes, and strategic initiatives.
Role Overview
Working three days per week, this position is ideal for a marketing leader with a proven track record in owning multi-channel campaigns end-to-end. You will helm Enjoy Education's marketing delivery, ensuring seamless execution across content, creative design, email, social, website, and campaign initiatives tied to our 20th anniversary and broader brand objectives.
You'll translate strategic priorities into actionable plan, oversee contributors, lead on design quality, monitor performance, and own stakeholder communication with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Ownership & Strategy
* Lead and own the marketing content calendar and campaign rollout (social, email, blog, PR, etc.).
* Translate strategic themes—like the 20th anniversary ("Go Global") and partnerships—into actionable, high-impact campaigns.
* Coordinate internal and external contributors (writers, designers, consultants), ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
* Report on campaign performance and insights to leadership, proposing iterative improvements.
Content & Campaign Delivery
* Manage the end-to-end rollout of blogs, newsletters, alumni stories, and digital content in alignment with strategic themes.
* Drive measurable outcomes—engagement, brand visibility, lead generation—from campaign efforts.
Creative Direction
* Oversee creation of on-brand visual assets:
* Instagram tiles/carousels
* LinkedIn graphics
* Newsletter visuals
* Sales collateral (pitch decks, brochures, flyers)
* Ensure consistency and creative excellence across all channels.
Digital & Website Management
* Manage updates to website content, blog posts, and case studies via CMS.
* Ensure assets reflect best practices in SEO and user experience.
* Monitor digital campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Operational Excellence
* Keep marketing templates, asset libraries, and campaigns organised and accessible.
* Set up processes that ensure efficient delivery and handoff across the team.
* Take full accountability for campaign delivery—not just coordination.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* 3–5 years of marketing experience, with track record of owning campaigns end-to-end.
* Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience in reporting and translating metrics into actionable insights.
* Excellent organisational skills and accountability mindset.
Desirable
* Experience in the education, consulting, or high-end service sectors.
* Basic SEO awareness and digital analytics skills.
* Experience managing freelancers or junior team members.
What We Offer
* Flexible working: 3 days per week, including 2 in-office days in Knightsbridge.
* Access to our wellbeing platform, Juno.
* A birthday day off.
* A high-impact role at a pivotal year for our brand.
* A collaborative, hands-on environment with direct influence on strategy and brand.
