Great opportunity for an Administrator to join an established and growing Contractor in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire as a Temporary Administrator
They specialise in commercial projects. These include: Office fit outs, Industrial builds, and warehouses

* Based in Head Office Milton Keynes
The role: Administrator
* Printing, scanning and photocopying documents
* Admin support to 3 departments – M&E, Projects and General office. This will include O&M’s, meeting minutes, maintaining folders on the server and other ad-hoc jobs.
* Checking and ordering stationery & PPE requirements online
* Dealing with incoming calls
* Ensure that all office systems and procedures are maintained efficiently and effectively
* Ensure incoming and outgoing mail is dealt with appropriately
* Data imputing
* Produce documents for the team, as required
* Provide reception cover when required
Administrator Requirements:
Experience working as an Administrator
Strong communication skills
IT fluency.
Ability to multi-task.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
