About the Role
You will be joining our Serious Injury team, which supports clients with a wide range of claims valued up to £50k.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Managing sub-£50k Motor and ELPL claims, including MOJ portal and litigated cases.
2. Taking instructions from clients and assisting with legal advice, including obtaining medical and other evidence, instructing Counsel, and assisting with litigation tasks to achieve appropriate resolutions.
3. Meeting time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitability.
4. Participating in team and practice area meetings and adhering to directions to meet team objectives.
5. Staying updated with relevant legal changes and attending training to maintain best practice.
