In this key role, you will ensure that the right parts are in the right place at the right time, supporting the efficient operation of our race team.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately receive goods from suppliers, including car parts and consumables.
* Process and book parts from inspection, close works orders, and label stock correctly.
* Pick and prepare parts for internal and external work orders.
* Provide excellent front-counter service to internal departments.
* Manage and issue consumables, assist with stock checks and audits.
* Operate within departmental KPIs while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
* Maintain current industry knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Carry out any other duties aligned with the role as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Previous experience in a Stores or Warehouse role, ideally in a Manufacturing or Motorsport environment.
* Strong understanding of stock control, parts handling, and inventory systems.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
* A proactive and flexible approach to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
