We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join our clients team (this position is also suitable for multi-skilled engineers). This position is to strengthen our existing team and provide cover for Northeast production facilities.
This will be a day shift position however it is asked that candidates are flexible to support business needs.
The job youll do
1. Reporting to the Site Manger / Group Maintenance manager, you will be responsible for planning and distributing tasks to ensure planned maintenance is achieved for the machines to run effectively.
2. Work safely at all times complying with and using (safe systems of work using permit systems, method statement, dynamic risk assessment).
3. Efficiently and effectively fault find / diagnose technical / process issues.
4. Coordinate and cooperate with production supervision on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth running of plant and equipment.
5. Solve breakdown issues with minimal impact to production.
6. Identify process and equipment improvement opportunities (maintenance schedules and equipment capability / reliability).
