Salary: £33,935.00 - £34,986.00 per annum (includes Market Premium) plus a potential additional payment of up to £6,000 through the Government's Targeted Retention Scheme

About the Role
As an Electrical Lecturer, you will inspire the next generation of learners by delivering dynamic, engaging sessions that spark curiosity and drive success. You'll be part of a vibrant, supportive construction team that's passionate about creating the very best learning experience for every student.
* From planning creative, personalised lessons that bring the curriculum to life, to providing meaningful feedback that helps learners thrive, you'll play a key role in helping everyone reach their full potential.
* Alongside teaching, you'll contribute to curriculum development, internal verification, course administration, and student recruitment activities such as open days, championing the College and the exciting opportunities it offers.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will hold a full teaching qualification such as AET, DET, PGCE, or Certificate in Education, or be willing to achieve this within three years of appointment. They will possess at least a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area, along with appropriate academic, professional, or vocational credentials, and ideally be a member of a recognised trade or professional body. A minimum of Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths is required, or a commitment to gain these within the first two years of employment.
* A full teaching qualification (AET, DET, PGCE, or Certificate in Education) or willingness to achieve within three years.
* At least a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area and appropriate related credentials.
* Membership of a recognised trade or professional body is desirable.
* Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths or commitment to attain within two years.
Hours of Work
This role is on a full-time basis; 37 hours per week.
