* Main Responsibilities:
* Developing and coaching colleagues to excel in their roles
* Leading by example and driving high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team leadership
* Maintaining compliance with Health & Safety standards across all operations
* Utilizing technical/mechanical knowledge to support workshop efficiency
