Requirements
The duties involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member or undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update before a formal employment offer is made. PVG records are regularly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a temporary full-time position based at Stewarton Academy, Stewarton, covering maternity leave until 20th December 2025. The hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday, as directed by the line manager. The salary ranges from £40,305 to £50,589 per annum.
