What will you do?
* Handle a full & broad commercial property caseload
* Advise a broad client base to include: local authorities, investors & (smaller scale) local developers
* Sector focus will include: leisure, retail and development
* There will also be opportunities to become involved in the growing energy/renewables sub-dept
What will you need?
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
* To have at least 3 years PQE+
* Commercial property experience
* Ideally, you should already be operating at assistant or associate level within another reputed firm
