* Providing essential administrative and secretarial support to fee earners
* Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, reports, and correspondence
* Managing diaries, appointments, and client meetings
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and post with professionalism and efficiency
* Liaising with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems (digital and paper)
* Ensuring all documentation is handled confidentially and in line with legal procedures
What we’re looking for:
1. Experience working as a Legal Secretary or in a legal administrative role
2. Ideally some exposure to Private Client or Conveyancing work
