Job Description
TXM Recruit are currently looking for X2 Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, specializing in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.
The role involves working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 8-4 or 9-5, with plenty of overtime available. Candidates must work weekends on a shift rota (approximately 1 in 4, but varies). Flexibility during the busy season (May to October) regarding hours and days worked is required.
Salary: £40,000 (overtime after 40 hours at time and a half)
Key responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation, waste disposal systems, and central heating systems.
2. Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
3. Test closed-loop heating circuits for correct levels.
4. Assist other staff members as required.
5. Maintain inventory for plumbing materials.
6. Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure efficient service delivery.
7. Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
8. Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
9. Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rota.
10. Perform any other duties as required.
