Responsibilities
* Recruitment Coordination: Manage job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for hospitality roles.
* Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and referrals to attract top talent with a passion for customer service.
* Interview Support: Schedule and coordinate interviews, arrange logistics, and prepare interviewers.
* Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.
* Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS to ensure compliance and track hiring progress.
