Now, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Recruitment, Learning and Development Coordinator to join our dynamic People team on a 6 month fixed term contract, based in either our Hull or Leeds office. This position offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real impact. You'll play a key part in delivering seamless recruitment processes and meaningful learning experiences across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Learning & Development (L&D)

* Act as the first point of contact for L&D queries, managing the inbox and ensuring timely responses.
* Maintain and monitor our Learning Management System (LMS), including attendance tracking, content updates, and evaluation analysis.
* Coordinate the L&D calendar, schedule sessions, and manage invites.
* Support the Head of L&D with course logistics, venue selection, cohort organisation, and liaising with external providers.
* Produce insightful reports to measure the impact and quality of learning initiatives.
* Administer mandatory training compliance and external training bookings.
* Lead the coordination and delivery of induction training for new starters.
* Continuously improve administrative processes with fresh ideas and smarter systems.

Recruitment

* Manage the recruitment inbox and support hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process.
* Track onboarding tasks and documentation to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
* Liaise with IT and Facilities to prepare for new starters.
* Oversee pre-employment screening and Right to Work checks.
* Build relationships with university careers teams and represent rradar at career fairs and recruitment events.
* Maintain the recruitment calendar and act as a brand ambassador for rradar.

Engagement

* Support with the administration and coordination of the employee recognition scheme and long service awards.

Desirable Experience

* Previous recruitment experience.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
* Understanding of recruitment policies and procedures.
* Experience using a Learning Management System.
