We're excited to be partnering exclusively with one of London's most dynamic boutique developers… a team whose fast-growing pipeline includes the kind of landmark Central London schemes every ambitious architect dreams of having in their folio.
Earlier this year, we supported one of our architect candidates in making the leap here, a move that's been nothing short of transformative; leaving behind long hours and limited influence in practice, and stepping into a role where the individual now sits alongside development managers, shaping decisions and driving delivery on high-profile Central London schemes.
Now… with the scope on one of their current schemes tripling in size, our client has asked us to introduce 1 to 2 more ambitious architects (or high-level experienced Part IIs) who are ready to step out of the routine of practice and into the rarefied world of development.
The Opportunity…
* Take the reins on Stage 2 to 4 delivery, producing polished Revit packages for tender and construction
* Contribute to the realisation of a mansion block retrofit and a luxury hospitality fit-out… both complex, high-profile schemes at the heart of London
* Detail everything from bespoke joinery and interiors to challenging building envelopes, where creativity and precision matter equally
* Gain unparalleled client-side exposure: learn first-hand how developments are appraised, financed and delivered

Who We're Looking For
* ARB-registered Architect or strong Part II with at least 2 to 5+ years' of relevant experience
* Confident Revit user, adept at Stage 2 to 4 production
* A blend of design credentials and hands-on technical delivery know-how
* Genuine curiosity about property development, with the ambition to broaden your career beyond traditional practice
