We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Fresh Foods team as a Logistics Administrator. In this key role, youll support the smooth running of our outbound operations by providing efficient and accurate administrative support using our Warehouse Management System. As a Logistics Administrator, you will: Provide support to outbound operations by assisting with order processing. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy Prepare, process and maintain shipping and delivery documents. Liaise with internal teams to ensure delivery times are met to a high standard. Prepare and finalise inbound logistics documentation in advance of next day operations. Confidently navigate and leverage internal systems to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced and time sensitive manner. Skills for Success Joining us as Logistics Administrator the minimum criteria youll need is: 5 GCSEs A-C (or equivalent), to include Maths and English. Previous administration experience. Proven knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). The Attributes youll need include: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative Strong numerical and written skills, with excellent attention to detail Clear and confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners Well-developed organisational skills with a methodical approach to tasks Capable of managing priorities and escalating issues when required It is Desirable if you have: 2 A Levels (Grade A-C) or Equivalent Previous admin experience in an FMCG environment, particularly outbound operations. The successful candidate will work a two-week rotational shift pattern as below: Week One and Two: Monday -Thursday - 11:00am - 7:00pm and Sunday 11:00am- 7:30pm Week Three and Four: Monday - Thursday - 2:00pm - 10:00pm and Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm Given this is a 24-hour operation, a degree of flexibility is required in terms of working hours.
