Senior Product Marketing Manager
Hybrid – 2 days a week in Central London
£60,000 + 10% bonus
Looking for a senior product marketer who's ready to step into a highly cross-functional role with real commercial impact.
This role sits within a global education organisation that helps international students access top universities across the UK, US, Australia, and beyond. Their model? A mix of academic and English language preparation programmes that guarantee university progression – all supported by a wide-reaching network of partners, campuses, and student support services.
You’d be joining a close-knit marketing team that’s well-integrated into the wider business, working directly with product owners, partner universities, and cross-regional teams.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning product positioning across key global markets
* Leading go-to-market strategy and execution for new university pathways and programmes
* Conducting deep competitive analysis and feeding that back into messaging and development
* Acting as the marketing face to partners – maintaining strong relationships and spotting opportunities
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities
* Thinking strategically about how individual partners' programmes stack up – what makes them stand out without the brand name
You’ll be driving launches in a space where every new programme feels like a first – so experience scaling GTM processes and creating repeatable frameworks will go a long way. It’s also a chance to help build out a more product-led approach in a team that’s still evolving how it does this.
You’ll need to be comfortable asking the hard questions:
* What’s the real audience for this?
* What’s the impact on revenue or student outcomes?
* Is this just noise, or does it move the needle?
Who we’re looking for:
* 5+ years in product marketing – ideally with experience working across global or multi-regional portfolios
* Strong commercial instinct – able to prioritise work that supports wider business goals
* Proven experience with agile teams, and thinking like a product person (even if you’ve never had the title)
* Someone who knows how to navigate a matrix – getting things done even when the process isn’t fully mapped
* A confident communicator who’s comfortable being client-facing when needed
Bonus if you’ve worked in education, international markets, or with a complex product suite – but ultimately, it's more about your mindset and ability to join the dots.
