As an Employment Paralegal you duties will including dealing with a caseload of employment tribunal matters - the candidate needs to have at least 12 months experience of running employment cases through to tribunal stage.

A successful Employment Paralegal should have a minimum of 12 months experience in dealing with employment matters through to tribunal.
