You’ll be a key part of the engineering team, keeping high-speed production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a hands-on, technically varied role working with modern machinery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance (electrical & mechanical) Rapid breakdown response with strong fault-finding and root cause analysis Maintenance of PLC-controlled, high-speed production and packaging equipment Work on industrial ovens/microwaves, HV transformers, slicers, sealers, metal detectors, and refrigeration Equipment optimisation, start-ups, and performance monitoring CMMS updates, shift handovers, and accurate reporting Support apprentices and junior engineers Maintain strict Health & Safety and food safety complianceWhat We’re Looking For Time-served Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) Minimum 3 years’ post-apprenticeship experience Strong multi-skilled background Experience in a regulated or high-speed manufacturing environment Confident with PLCs, automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics Strong H&S and quality awarenessDesir...
