Core3 is working with an established and commercially focused organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner for its Bristol office. This is a key role within a growing finance function, offering real scope to influence performance, pricing, and strategic decision-making.

How you'll make an impact
Partner with senior stakeholders to improve performance and decision-making
Deliver accurate forecasting and support the budgeting cycle
Lead pricing analysis to strengthen profitability
Build and refine financial modelling to support strategic plans
Provide insight through management accounts and regular performance reviews
Strengthen financial control across commercial activities
Improve working capital, including cash flow and WIP management
Collaborate with FP&A to align planning and reporting
Support and develop Commercial Business Partners within the team
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial performance
Why you're a great fit
Essential
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA)
Strong experience in business partnering, forecasting, and financial modelling
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience supporting or mentoring finance professionals
Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and profitability
Trained within a top-tier or large international accountancy practice, or with an equivalent technical foundation
Desirable
Experience supporting pricing strategy and commercial decision-making
Exposure to complex or multi-entity environments
Comfortable presenting at senior leadership level

Salary £80,000-£90,000
