Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
You’ll participate in maintaining our clients SIPP records, liaising directly with clients on pension administration matters supporting the financial advisers.
1. Contacting clients, handling withdrawal /benefit requests, providing application/benefit forms to clients.
2. Supporting the advisers in client meetings, taking notes, developing a relationship with clients directly for future contact if required.
3. Maintaining client records for all SIPPs, including wrapper information, charges, client contributions/withdrawals, cash accounts - working with outgoing Pensions Manager to develop future process.
*Please note, this is a 6-month fixed term opportunity*
About You
4. Strong financial services administration experience, ideally from within a pensions or wealth management sector.
5. Confident using client management or financial planning tools.
6. Understanding of the CASS regulatory framework.
7. Strong compliance and regulatory knowledge.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
