Chef
As a Chef at Silverdale Holiday Park, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food from our menu with care, efficiency, and attention to both detail and quality. This role requires someone with a strong focus on kitchen hygiene, time management, and a real passion for consistently producing well-made and well-presented dishes.
What hours will I work: 40 hours a week, over 5 days Monday to Sunday.
Head Chef
Prepare, cook, and present food items from the menu to a consistently high standard.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Manage prep work and ensure the kitchen is well-stocked for service.
Proven experience working as a Chef or Cook.
Knowledge of culinary techniques and experience with various kitchen equipment.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above).
Level 2 in Professional Cookery
