Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience building or maturing a PMO function, including process design and reporting frameworks Strong track record delivering IT change, with a credible interest in broader business transformation Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating across all levels of an organisation A structured, methodical approach balanced with the pragmatism to get things done Strong communication skills, able to translate complexity into clear narratives for non-technical audiences Responsibilities: Embed and mature our PMO processes, governance frameworks, and reporting standards across the organisation Lead and deliver complex IT change programmes end-to-end, from initiation through to benefits realisation Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, from delivery teams to senior leadership Produce clear, meaningful MI and project reporting for exec and board audiences Identify opportunities to extend our remit into broader business change and transformation Coach and develop project managers, raising delivery capability across the team Technologies: More: We are offering a dual-track position that is roughly split between hands-on project management and leadership of our PMO function. You will spend around 50% of your time in delivery and 50% in PMO leadership and strategy, helping us mature our PMO processes, strengthen governance and reporting, and drive IT change programmes.
